Bang & Olufsen offers free shipping on all online orders via UPS ground. We currently ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States. 

European Orders: Orders will be delivered in 2-4 business days
North American Orders: Due to the larger geographic area, orders will be delivered in 5-7 business days
*We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods like Christmas, deliveries may take a little longer.

Once you have placed your order on bang-olufsen.com we will send you a series of 3 emails, provided you submitted an accurate e-mail address when placing the order. 

Order Received Email: sent immediately upon order
Payment Confirmation Email: sent when your card is charged (usually within a few hours)
Shipment Confirmation Email: Includes UPS tracking, and sent when your order has shipped (usually within 24hrs on business/working days)

 

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bang & Olufsen has the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when delivering until you or someone appointed by you have taken physical possession of the goods.

If you choose to return the goods regardless of the situation you will have the risk and liability for damage to the goods during transport when returning until Bang & Olufsen has taken physical possession of the goods.

Business/Working Days: Bang & Olufsen can dispatch orders on working days only. Working days are Monday to Friday, please take this into account when placing orders over the weekend. For example, if you place an order on Saturday your order will be dispatched on the next working day, which is Monday.

 

 

WARRANTY
If your product has broken (and is the fault of Bang & Olufsen) outside the 30-day return window, but within its warranty limit you may be eligbile for free repair.
